PIMPLES #2: Causes And Cures(For Real??)

Hi Everyone,

So I searched the Net and heres what I came up with :

>> Pimples are pores in the skin filled up with excess sebum, dead skin cells, and bacteria.


>>The following may cause pimples:
      a) Not getting enough sleep (7 to 8 hrs)
      b) Eating very spicy or oily food,or junk food
      c) Using skincare products which don't suit your skin type(oily,normal,dry or combination)
      d) Touching your face a lot so that the germs on your hand get to your face
      d) Not washing your face enough
      e) Washing your face too many times
      f) Using a dirty pillow
      g) Using dirty makeup applicators
      h) Sleeping with your makeup on
      i) Not drinking enough water

Thats all I could come up with .Now for the said "Cures for pimples" (Do such things actully exist........pimples seem like an act of God.......like natural disasters.......they come when they want and you can't do a damn thing about them :-) )

Anyways,the cures :

1) Drink enough water (Some say its 8 glasses....opinions vary)
2) Get adequate sleep (usual opinion : 8hrs beauty sleep :-) )
3) Exercise
4) Wash your skin twice a day.Use a gentle cleanser and toner.Be sure to wash before going to bed.
5) Don't use heavy products or makeup on your skin as these will clog your pores.
6) Find out if you have normal,oily,dry or combination skin and use products meant for your skin type
6) Avoid toucing your face
7) Avoid spicy,oily and junk food (I wish :-) ................)
8) Change your pillow cover often
