Twilight #1: Almost every girl's fantasy

Twilight is about a vampire falling in love with a human girl.........we all know this...........fans are CRAZY about this book (and movie) while critics consider it hopelessly juvenile and its main characters "obsessive" (Bella) and "mentally unstable" (Edward).But the critics are few and fans...........millions and millions.......so what is it about twilight that so captures the imagination of its (mostly young) fans.

I believe it is the fantasy of every girl to have that unattainable guy,the guy every other girl sighs over......the one who doesnt want to fall in love..........an incredibly intelligent,powerful,strong guy.......fall irrevocably and completely in love with her.A guy who can give up his very life and happiness without a second thought...for her.When Edward tells Bella "You are my life now....."...........we swoon.........Aaah!!!If only .............:-)
